We must admit that for a place that thrives on its tourism industry, we were disappointed by the lack of restaurants within the SkyCity Casino.
There is one restaurant, and that is the Wild Thyme Restaurant with delicious meals for as little as $10.
The restaurant is popular for its $10 lunch deals. The menu offers starters as simple as mince and toast, specials like croquet monsieur, salads like the Thai beef salad and hearty meals such as lamb shank and char-grilled Angus rump.
Queenstown Casino’s Entrance Policy
Following New Zealand gaming law policies, those wishing to obtain admittance must be at least 20 years old, as evidenced by their passport or government ID.
You will not be admitted to the casino if intoxicated and will be asked to leave if you cause a disturbance to guests or staff later on.
Smoking is prohibited by a country-wide statute in all facilities, and gambling establishments are no exception. The casino does, however, offer outside smoking balconies for smokers to take a break and not leave the casino.
Queenstown Casino Dress Code
